นี่เป็นบรีที่ดีที่สุดที่ผลิตได้ในเมืองไทยซึ่งมีขั้นตอนเหมือนกับการทำชีสนิ่มทั่วไป  เนื้อชีสของเรานุ่ม เนียนมาก เราทำก้อนบรีของเราให้ออกมาใหญ่ นุ่ม และฉ่ำ ซึ่งตามตำรับเดิมของการทำบรีนั้นจะต้องมีขอบที่เหมือนจะแข็งกว่าเนื้อในแต่ผิวสัมผัสนุ่มเหมือนกำมะหยี่ บรีของเรามีกลิ่นหอมของดินและกลิ่นคล้ายเห็ดและภายในนุ่มละมุนมาก รสชาติติดปากจะเป็นรสสดใหม่และไม่มีรสขม

The Finest Brie produced in Thailand. The process for Brie is the same as soft cheese process. We have very gentle curds. We keep the curds big, soft , and maintain lots of moisture. Like a traditional brie, our Brie has a soft bloomy rind. The rind is tender and supple with velvety texture. It boasts an aroma of earth and mushroom and the interior is rich and smooth. The aftertaste is clean and without bitterness.
